Milking Round-and-Round– Here, Josh and Caroline “suit up” in their dairy milking outfits as they join John Pagel, the milking expert himself, to try their “hand” at milking cows. With 10,000 cows a day to milk here, they’re saved by all kinds of state-of-the-art milking technology that handles the constant stream of cows and their milk. They get some help from Emma in the ITO Master Control room as they move through all the various stations of the milking process. Lastly, Mr. Pagel takes our milking kids into the milk filtering and cooling operation to see how the milk is safely processed before heading off in trucks to the cheese making plants.
